Pre-Order Notice

Our store is currently operating exclusively on a pre-order basis. A bulk production run is already in progress, and all orders placed now will be fulfilled from this initial batch while stock lasts.

If demand exceeds our projected stock levels, your order will still be accepted—but it will be placed into the next production cycle, which may extend processing time by an additional 2–4 weeks. We will notify you directly if your order is affected.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is part of an active pre-order cycle.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • All pre-orders from the current production run require up to 4 weeks before shipping.

  • If your order falls into the next production cycle (due to volume), processing may extend beyond 4 weeks.

  • Production time begins from the date your order is placed.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Timelines may vary depending on production volume, supply chain delays, or carrier issues. We will notify you if any significant changes occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service.

Estimated delivery times after production is complete:

  • Domestic (U.K.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These delivery windows do not include the initial pre-order production period.

Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your pre-order.
Once your order enters production, we may be unable to modify order details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, your package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim or determining next steps.
